Jason “Mayhem” Miller Planning A Comeback

Tom Szczerbowski-USA TODAY Sports

Jason “Mayhem” Miller is planning a comeback. Yes, THAT Mayhem Miller. He sat down with MMAInterviews.tv and discussed his past bizarre behavior, his current training and several offers to fight.

After being released from the UFC in 2012, Mayhem Miller has an unfortunate string of run-ins with the law and began acting so unstable many feared for his safety. But now a new Mayhem Miller has surfaced. One that seems focused on fighting once again.

Miller also discussed his altercation with UFC fighter Uriah Hall. He stated that what hurt the most is that people thought the incident was racially motivated. Mayhem Miller went on to say that he thinks Hall will soon be champion at 185.

Mayhem Miller has always been one of my favorite fighters so his recent downward spiral was tough to witness. In the interview he claims to be a changed man but only time will tell.

He went on to say that he has “a couple of legitimate offers” on the table from different fight promotions. Miller refused to say who the offers were from, saying that would be “unprofessional.” The two fights he did mention that he wants to happen, Nick Diaz and Stephen Hawking, are not likely to happen.

Any promotion could still get some quality fights from Mayhem Miller. He is a polarizing personality and will certainly draw a crowd wherever he winds up.  The real question is whether he can keep it together long enough to have a successful comeback.

If Miller does comeback it will be a treat for fight fans to see him once again.
